Chambered for the 9mm Parabellum cartridge. Manufactured by IMI of Israel and imported by Action Arms of Philadelphia. This Class III weapon is a pre-1986 dealer sample and is transferable to persons with an appropriate license. All NFA requirements apply for transfer. Only dealers with the FFL Special Occupational Tax (SOT) Class III license may bid. Gun features a 7-3/4” barrel, metal folding rear stock, black military finish, hard plastic forend and grip, select fire mechanism on left side, grip safety. The Uzi was introduced in 1950 as a prototype. Manufacture began in 1954. It is an open bolt blowback design, magazine fed through the base of the pistol grip. The mini Uzi was actually introduced to the U.S. in 1987. This gun is fully operational. Shows usual high edge wear (gun has seen some use). Has a paracord wrapped skeletal metal stock. Action Arms No. A00004 stamped under bottom of receiver. The barrel is vented and has adjustable front and rear sights. Comes with two magazines. This gun is arguably one of the most famous fully automatic machine pistols ever manufactured and was featured prominently in Israel’s six day war and has since become a mainstay for militias and insurgents around the world.
