The gold-finished deluxe officer’s sword with 32-3/4" tapered blade. Lower portion with fire-blued finish and gold-washed panels. Two natural panels on each side featuring arms panoplies and one reading IN TREU FEST. Obscured maker’s mark on ricasso. One-piece clamshell guard, deep-relief cast with reclining lion, flowers and lion head terminals. Knuckle-bow with mythical Greek head and flower rosette. Pearl grip scales, the right side adorned with rayed crown. Lion head pommel. Braided bullion sword knot interspersed with black. Gold bullion drop. Contained in black leather scabbard with gold-finished mounts. Belt stud.
