The straight, tapered blade with single wide fuller and upper portion with fire-blued finish and gold-washed arms panoply and decorations. Ricasso marked: GERMANY. Gold-finished stirrup hilt with large single clamshell guard with angel, flaming bombs and twin cannon. Gold-mounted animal head pommel with shell below. Checkered black composition grip with engraved, diamond-shaped escutcheon. Animal head quillion. Blade showing wear and minor pitting throughout. Hilt with light wear, especially on right crossguard. Minor stable split in grip.
