To include: 1) 1854 London specification of the Gauge Stickney patent for Sam Colt machinery for forging metal. Within, the booklet pages measure 8-1/2" x 11", there is a large 8 panel foldout frameable drawing of the Stickney machine. 2) 1854 London specification of Samuel Colt machinery for boring metals. Same format as above but three separate 4 panel drawings of boring machines. 3) 1853 London specification of Samuel Colt apparatus for heating and annealing metals. Again same format as above. This has two 4 panel pullout drawing of the machinery mentioned in title. 4) 43 1850-1860's handwritten ledgers and receipts for items such as charcoal, duties, freight, contractors, fish oil, tin, lead pipe and other. Majority of which could either be London or Connecticut.
