Offered is a fine array of original Colt 19th Century paperwork to include: flyers, blueprints, patents and shipping ledgers. All Colt related. To Include: 1) 1884 certificate from the Dept of Interior regarding improvements of the breech loading Colt firearms. 2) 1884 paperwork regarding Mexican patents for Colt revolvers. 3) 1848 Colt shipping invoice for miscellaneous items. 4) & 5) Two Colt breech loading hammer gun flyers dated 1882. Measures 8" x 11". One side features the Model 1878 shotgun. The backside lists individual parts. One is in excellent condition and the other is very good. 6) Circa 1898 flyer, 8" x 11", features all current revolvers to include: SAA, 1877, 1878, New Service and Army/Navy Revolvers. Condition is poor. 7) & 8) Two original drawings for the Colt 1878 shotgun. 9) Blueprint of a 19th century bolt action rifle. 10) Price list for the Model 1878 shotgun, 6-1/2" x 9", back is blank. Dated 1881. 11) 1887 price list for various parts. 12) 8" x 10" flyer dated 1888, lists various Colts offered. 13) Printed list of 19th Century Colt contractors. 14) 1889 dated flyer for the New Colt magazine rifle. 5-1/2" x 8-1/2" and pictures the Colt Lightning. 15) 1880's Colt receipt that features a solider, that has not been filled in. 16) Unused 1890 repair receipt.
