Barrel length 33-7/8” .52 bore flintlock. We believe this to be the work of Henry William JR who operated a gun shop in Nazareth, PA from 1757-1821. Features: octagon barrel, small blade front sight, windrift front sight, stamped W. Henry on top flap, tiger maple stock, three brass retaining rod thimbles, three brass head retaining rod wedges, has a brass palm plate, side plate, trigger guard, butt and toe plate. Has a nickel plated thumb plate, the lock is original all other parts are replaced, replaced piece of wood between tang and hammer. Iron furniture is brown patina, lock is marked warranted probable English, buying classic PA long rifle.
