All hard plastic with lovely face color, lashed sleeping eyes (sticky spot above each eye where tape had been applied to protect eyes during shipment), original mohair wig (a little mussed in back), factory original tagged dress with gold braid trim, undies and ballet shoes. Beautiful face!
