This revolver is .36 cal percussion with a 7 - 5/8” octagon barrel. Six shot, single action. Barrel legend partially eligible. All metal is a dark brown patina. Frame screw replaced with brass rivet. Loading lever pin is missing. Very good original grips, small brass trigger guard, cylinder indexes, bore is very good. These revolvers were manufactured in the 1850s & 1860s. Very popular during the Civil War. This is a military stamped gun with inspector marked “B” visible on trigger guard, barrel, and cylinder.
