Caliber is 7.62x54Rmm, Barrel length is 24”. Referred to as the model 1940, manufactured in 1940 & 1941 only (this example manufactured 1941). Semi - automatic rifle with blue finish, hardwood stock,ventilated wood hand guard with metal ventilated for-end. Built in flash suppressor. Approx. 2000 of these were manufactured. Matching serial numbers on left side of the frame, bolt, trigger guard, and stock. Has the adjustable rear sight to 1500 yards. Detachable magazine, not numbered to gun. Rifle is in original, non -altered condition with no import marks. Approx. 70% original factory blue with balance thinning, original stocks are excellent. Fine bore and action.
