24” barrel in .30-06 caliber. Manufactured March 1945-June 1945. Barrel is dated 5-45 and stamped “1SA”. Drawing number is D28287-1 12SA and heat lot is B3. Rear sight is a type three lock bar with square ends. Proper op-rod. Hex gas port bolt. Serif “P” in circle on wrist. Left side of stock has Ordnance wheel with “S.A. G.A.W.” (Earl McFarland June 1942-July 1943). Has the checkered butt plate with trap. Hex nut gas tube. Retains approximately 90% of the military green parkerized finish. Walnut stock is excellent with minor dings. ME reading of 1 with an excellent bore. Period canvas sling.
