23” barrel in caliber 6.5x54. Very early Austrian made half-stock sporting rifle that features single set trigger, butter knife bolt handle, ramp front sight (no hood). Early models were not configured for front sight hood. Rear sight band with sight removed, pistol grip checkered walnut stock and sling swivels. Has an early Kukarsky Bros. mount with Bausch & Lomb 3x9 scope. Adjustments are in the mount. Scope has standard cross hairs with perfect optics. Barrel retains 95% blue finish with a couple of minor scuffs. Frame retains approximately the same amount of blue finish. Walnut stocks are excellent with pistol grip cap, rollover cheek piece, and serrated steel trapdoor butt plate. There is a 1-1/2” repaired crack at left side of stock above trigger near barrel. Fine bore and action.
