Barrel length is 4”, caliber is .357 magnum. This case set was produced in 1973 to celebrate the 150th anniversary of the state of Texas Rangers. The revolver features factory high polish blue finish, adjustable rear sight, red ramp front sight, smooth trigger, target hammer, both case colored with smooth walnut grips and the special gold medallion, right side of barrel stamped “Texas Rangers S&W .357 Magnum.” Right side of frame has the seal of Texas and is dated 1823-1973. Comes in the original mahogany case with matching bowie knife. Other than a light drag line the gun is in new condition inside and out.
