19" barrel in caliber 6.5mm Japanese. Manufactured at the Koishikawa Tokyo Arsenal. Features inverted V front sight with guards, blued cleaning rod, open V rear sight to 2,000 meters, 'Type 38' characters but mum is ground, two piece buttstock, full length handguard, knurled safety with small tang indicator, cupped edge sheet metal buttplate, all blued parts, and matching numbers. All metal parts retain approximately 90% of the original blue finish. Stock is very good to excellent. Fine bore and action. Has an original leather sling.
