Having a curved 31-1/8" unmarked blade with a 10" false edge and no fullers. Hilt of conventional form with straight, engraved quillions and ovoid terminals. Integral languets with Star of David. Bone or ivory grip scales, held on by two rivets on each side. Opening for sword knot. Contained in original black leather-covered wood scabbard with three engraved mounts. Two ring hangers. Blade showing heavy wear and pitting. Hilt and scabbard with wear and patina. Circa 1830.
