20-1/2' barrel in 7.62x39mm caliber. This semi-automatic rifle was manufactured at the Cugir factory in 1959. It has the two character alpha code in serial number. It features matching numbers on floor plate, trigger guard, bolt, has the hardwood stock with fingered grooves, and small hand guard, military sights, metal surfaces are a blend blue and gun metal gray has the attached folding bayonet, green canvas sling, fine action in bore, true Romanian import stamp on right side of barrel. It is getting extremely difficult to find a true Romanian SKS with all matching numbers. These were manufactured during the Cold War and are becoming highly collectible.
