Both helmets are soft leather. the light tan has the hard protective ear covers. The one with protective covers has a canvas lining with several manufacturers stamps in right ear. There is a red leather star on the front of the tan cap. the dark brown cap has a tan wool lining. Both helmets are in excellent pliable condition with all straps attached.
