All standard World War II. one of the green steel helmets has the Indian Head unit logo. Second green helmet has a red band with a liet. designation. Third U.S. helmet has the camouflage canvas cover and has "DOC" and "SAM" written in marker. The Japanese helmet is brown with the five-point star on front and Japanese writing inside. All four have the original liners.
