With scabbard. Having a 32" curved blade, with single wide fuller. Etched with crown and GR cypher, coat of arms, arms panoply, floral scrolls and figural motifs. Top spine of blade inscribed: SOLINGEN, Richrd Johnston, 68 St. James’s St. London. Straight crossguard with integral languets. One-piece ivory grip of conventional form. Contained in original brown leather scabbard. Three steel mounts. Two hanging rings. Top mount etched at throat: Richard Johnston/68 St. James/ St. LONDON. Blade showing light wear overall. Grip with light wear and barking to ivory. Scabbard with wear and minor checking of leather.
