Most of this lot pertains to the First World War. It includes an iron cross dated 1914, a bronze cross dated 1914-1918 with swords, a bronze oval dated 1914-1918 with staff and flag, a silver Imperial crown pin, a brass pin with World War I German helmet, a red enameled cross “Surderdienft Im Kriege 1914” with no ribbon, a German equivalent of the 1914-1918 battle cross with battle bars to include Somme and Ypern, an interesting gold bracelet with a black enameled iron cross dated 1914 and inscribed on inside “Welkrieg 1914/16”, and a trench art Black Forest pipe that is engraved in German with a horn stem, burl walnut body, and nickel trim (lid is missing).
