Manufactured Jacob Reeds Sons Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. Blade is etched with U.S. Navy and anchor theme on both sides. Presented to H.N. Paul. Blade measures 29-3/4". Has the U.S.N. logo brass handguard and pommel, sharkskin handle with wire wrap, and gold knot. Has chaffed leather covered metal scabbard with brass tip, two brass hangers, and sailor knot designs monogrammed on scabbard throat.
