Having a slightly curved 33-1/2" unadorned blade with single wide fuller. Hilt with 3-bar guard stamped: AE on left side of quillion terminal, C709 on right and 49/Vo on front of guard. Ovoid domed pommel with integral back strap. Fish skin-covered, ribbed wood grip. Contained in steel scabbard with one hanging ring. Blade and hilt showing wear and pitting overall. Grip with wear and heavy losses to fish skin. Scabbard with wear, bend and dents.
