Comprised of: 1) Officer’s single edged, with a fuller 3/4 of the blade wide the full length of the 30-1/2” blade sword with etched filigree and “U.S.” lettering on the blade. Marked “Horstmann & Sons Philadelphia” near base of blade. Has ornate brass D guard hilt with metal wire wrapped fish skin grip. Some of the original gold wire has been replaced with plain metal wire. Blade shows some aging. 2) Straight sword with a 33” blade that has a 2/3 blade length fuller, marked “Königs-Ulanen-Regiment Nr.13” (Imperial German Regiment). Has a D guard brass ornate pierced hilt featuring an emblem. Blade is etched with designs and “Peninsula Waterloo Garzia-Hermandez” lettering (King’s German Legion), and it is marked “Ges. Gesch”. Wrapping over wood grip is not present, blade shows rusting and hilt has patina. 3) A 32” curved blade, single edged large 3/4 blade length fuller with a D guard hilt and black wood grip. Comes with two ring scabbard. Shows some wear.
