April 9th & 10th Premier Firearms Sale (MFIRE)

.45 ACP with a 6-1/2" barrel. The Standard Catalog of Smith & Wesson reports that between 1,000 to 1,500 Model 25s were incorrectly roll-marked ".45 CAL. Model 1950" on the right side of barrel. This is one of those examples. Otherwise, it is a standard Model 25 that features high partridge front sight, adjustable rear sight, six shot, double action, fluted cylinder, blued finish, case colored target hammer and trigger, three screw, with silver medallion checkered rosewood grips. Cylinder exhibits a light drag line, otherwise the revolver retains 99% original factory blue finish. Perfect bore and action. Grips are near mint with silver medallion (not numbered). Comes in the original mahogany display case with tools and paperwork.
