28" barrels in 12 bore. 2-3/4" chambers, left barrel choked full, right barrel choked modified. This special shotgun was manufactured by SKB for Ithaca. This was a special order shotgun that was displayed at the Ithaca office and while stamped "Model 400", it is by no means a standard 400. Rather than the side plates on a 400, this is a scalloped box lock. It has the coin-finished receiver but is elaborately scroll and leaf hand engraved with full coverage. The same engraving can be found on the trigger guard. It has a single select gold-plated trigger. 14-1/4" LOP. The stocks are extra high-figure walnut with fine line checkering, black composite pistol grip cap and buttplate, brass ID plate on underside. Has a full matted rib with the middle bead and a red light gathering front sight. Mirror bores. Beaver tail forend with push button release and blue hardware that is also fully engraved. Very special one-of-a-kind custom 12 bore that is in as new condition inside and out and comes in an original Ithaca gun naugahyde case with Ithaca tag.
