This is a Model 30 built on the 1917 Enfield action, this model, with 20” barrel, is referred to as the Model 30 manufactured from 1921-1940 and features; blued finish with hooded ramp front sight no rear barrel sight and has a receiver peep sight. One piece walnut stock with hand groove, schnabel for-end, plain pistol grip with serrated steel butt plate. This rifle was owned by the Pennsylvania State Police and is stamped PSP and has a rack number A18 and a property ticket number 017691 sticker on left side. Rifle is in excellent all original condition 85%-90% blue, mixed with patina. Stocks are excellent, no cracks, never refinished with usual minor dings, expected on police guns, and has a fine bore and perfect action.
