Gun A) Marlin Model 1893, Cal 25-36 Marlin, serial No. 297907, 26” octagon barrel, full magazine, folding leaf rear sight, for whatever reason, all metal has been painted black. Legends are sharp so we have no idea what the finish is under the paint, Stock has a repaired crack at wrist with a screw and stock has also been painted. Strong rifled bore, fine action. Gun B) Winchester Model 1892, Cal .32 W.C.F., octagon barrel, serial No. 89292, manufactured in 1895. Metal is brown patina, rounded edges, sharp legends, two or more replaced frame screws; all are marred, stock has been checkered at wrist, finish is bubbling. Barrel has been cut 1/2” making it 23-1/2”.
