The flag, painted with blue at top and red at bottom, a lozenge or vertical diamond in center painted with a fasces and Phrygian cap, with laurel wreath below. Left center with painted legend: 116. Backside not completed. Possibly a veteran flag. Tube on one side for flagstaff. Showing holes around perimeter, suggesting flag was mounted on wall at one time. Size: 57" x 58".
