This steel, hanging wall clock was manufactured by the Hammond Clock Company. The 12" diameter face reads, "Postal Telegraph, Bichronous Electric Time." It is Model Type B-3 and the Serial Number is 204868. There is some amateur engraving on the front glass between the 5 and 6.
