Comprised of: 1) American Cavalry sabre has a 32” blade with two fullers. It has a Solingen Germany Mark. Etched on both sides: “E. Pluribs UNUM” and flowers and “US” with flowers. Pierced iron hilt, pommel and wire wrapped fish skin grip. Steel scabbard with two hanging rings and drag. Clean blade. Hilt shows dark spots throughout. 20% of fish skin worn off. One dent on scabbard, surface rust and dark spots. 2) Broad sabre has a 32-1/8” straight blade with one fuller. Blade etched with “POR MY DIOS Y MY PATRRA”. Hilt with 7-1/2” cross guard, pommel, checkered grips. Leather over wood scabbard with one mount. Blade shows nicks and dark spots, 1/4 of the leather on the scabbard is missing. Shows used.
