Collar and shoulder straps profusely embroidered with bullion wire, the shoulder strap embroidery containing a snake amid leafy meander. Quilted white chest lining. Left breast with accommodation for medals and awards. Front with nine brass buttons, each with a snake around a fasces. Showing wear, repairs, replacements and scattered moth holes and tracks.
