Circa 1905. Penny toy sized airships. Moves clockwise and counter-clockwise when crank is turned. A middle and two side flags. Figures inside gondolas of each zeppelin. Very attractive toy. Has the Ernst Planck "E.P." placard on the base. Toy has been professionally restored.
