Comprising: 1) Traditional form halberd with four-sided leading spike and engraved hawk's bill with 19" languets. Having a 17-1/4" wide blade with a rectangular base and 11" languets. 2 & 3) Two other examples or three in all. Both the remaining two examples have wood poles and pointed metal spearheads. One is a single-edged knife-style with engraved designs at base and marked with the French word "SERMENT". The other's head is ridged and 4-sided, marked with a cross. Pole is cloth wrapped (with damage to cloth), and has braided leather and round metal studs. Hafts are shortened. All showing age wear and pitting on blades.
