21-3/4" barrel in .30 WCF. Manufactured 1899. This rifle was period altered by shortening the full octagon barrel. Magazine was shortened to half length. Barrel was refinished and is now a blue-brown patina. Has replacement Marbles rear sight. Left side of frame has been drilled for scope mount. Frame is a mix of blue-grey patina. Walnut forend has finish added. Stock has been refinished, is shy to metal with a mounting hole on left side, and has the initials "P.P." on right side. Fine action and strong bore.
