Correctly restored original. 28" single tube tires on trap door wood rims (hinged door over valve stem facilitates easy repairs to stem as was a common problem back then). Original Victor hubs with unique long spokes (one piece spokes start at the rim, go to the hub, and then angle out to rim). Victor was a rival to Columbia, and this was their 1st pneumatic . The company folded shortly thereafter due to stiff competition of the Columbia Company.
