French heavy blue wool artillery coatee with plastron having red piping. Stand up red collar and cuffs, bullion tape sleeves, red epaulettes, white and red lining, 29 flaming bomb buttons. Tails with four white flaming bomb patches and two pockets. Areas of moth damage, small holes in tails with stains.
