20" barrel in .30-30 caliber. Winchester produced this carbine in 1969 to commemorate the driving of the Golden Spike that connected the East and West coasts for the first time in 1869. Features 20" barrel, full magazine, twin plated barrel bands, gold plated frame, blued finish, sporting sights, walnut stocks, plated checkered shotgun buttplate, and special coin in right side of stock. This carbine does not appear to have been fired. Comes in the original box with outer decorative sleeve. Plating has toned from age, as has coin. There are a couple of minor impressions in the wood. Includes original paperwork.
