23" barrel in .22 rimfire caliber. Manufactured in 1941. This standard Winchester was manufactured just prior to the war and is standard in all respects with blued finish, walnut stock, grooved forearm, and Winchester composite buttplate. There is some minor finish flaking on the slide bar retainer on left side of frame, otherwise gun remains in near mint condition with a couple of minor age freckles on right side of frame. 99% blue on barrel and tube. Stocks are excellent to near mint and proud to metal. Fine bore and action. A lovely, well cared-for, and lightly used Model 62A.
