28" barrel in 12 bore with a 2-3/4" chamber. This shotgun was manufactured from 1940 to 1949. Features a decorated alloy receiver with a blued barrel. Built using the Browning A5 design, often referred to as the "Humpback". Shotgun sports plain barrel with 80% blue finish, starting to thin, with single bead sight. Frame is basically a coin-color silver with dark background. Checkered pistol grip walnut stock with black composite buttplate. Wood is in excellent condition. Forearm and wrist do have a couple of closed stress cracks, but is still solid. Checkering is fairly sharp. Perfect action. Shiny bore. Reliable, lightweight 12 bore semi-automatic shotgun.
