A most impressive upright with a unique style mechanism totally different from other Mills uprights. The mechanism, in great working condition, with action very similar to the McDonald “King Bee” and the Mills Roulette, the color wheel starts off slow, speeds up, suddenly slows down, and clunks to a stop. The payout mechanism on the 20th Century utilized a series of circular tubes similar to a Gatling gun. The back doors are great quality but older replacements. An underrated and imposing upright! Circa 1900.
