Early German bisque socket heads with flange necks and solid dome Belton-style heads featuring tapered eyebrows and stationary glass eyes (eyes have fallen back in one, but are present), closed mouths, and original mohair wig with braids for the girl and curly skin wig for the boy. Both on original composition bodies (arms are loose) with original finish and with painted and molded shoes and stockings (toe off the girl’s shoe). Lavish original clothes, underwear and hats, obviously made for the French trade. Impressive display dolls!
