Comprised of: 1) First Empire Cuirassier Breastplate. Stamped "DOBBELAER" on wearer's right shoulder and "143" on the bottom interior. All brass rivets have been removed. Surface is pitted and a variety of battlefield dents and light scratches. Gun 2) Breastplate. This piece was expertly repaired by a military armourer on the wearer's right side. It is one of the very few we've seen with no dents. It has brass dome rivets on all edges. The oxidized interior has "Major Baiuh" written in white paint. It is missing the right pectoral brass anchor for the shoulder strap.

Condition: (Very Good).
