.30 WCF caliber with a 20" barrel. Manufactured 1912. This is a classic pre-war Saddle Ring Carbine with the post front sight and folding ladder carbine rear sight. Features full round barrel, full magazine, two barrel bands, blue finish, walnut long wood forend, and walnut buttstock with serrated steel buttplate. The barrel and tube retains approximately 75% original blue mixing with brown patina. Barrel bands have basically silvered out. Receiver is gun metal grey mixed with brown patina. Walnut stocks are excellent, proud to metal, with no cracks or chips. Strong bore. Fine action.
