24" barrel in .30-06 caliber. This rifle was manufactured June of 1944 to January 1945. Has a proper "PW" stamped barrel and proper "WRA" stamped bolt (D28287). The rear sight is replaced (no lock bar). Has block "P" on wrist. Trigger guard has proper "WRA C 46025" stamp. Trigger assembly is stamped "D28290-18-SA" (replaced). "24" is stamped on bottom of pistol grip. Frame retains approximately 95% of the military matte finish. Barrel is basically gun metal grey. Stock is near mint with a few minor dings. TE reading of '4' and an ME reading of '2'. This rifle just needs a few Winchester part replacements to make it an all original Winchester.
