Comprised of: 1) Very thick breastplate with a floating fauld that is attached by a rivet on either side. Through the light oxidation and small dents, an original design of lines and a cross are present. Each shoulder has two holes drilled. The heavily oxidized and pitted interior has a C-shaped latch installed. 2) Larger and lighter breastplate has a light brown patina and a fairly uniform texture from pitting that contrasts nicely with the bright brass dome rivets. There are no markings, but it is possible to discern where the shoulder straps were through the patina.
