24" barrel in .32-20 WCF. Manufactured in 1908. Standard features include full octagon barrel, full magazine, Winchester sporting sights, takedown, blued finish, walnut stocks, and rifle buttplate. This is an exceptional takedown model, all original never messed with. The barrel and tube retain approximately 85-90% original factory blue with sharp edges and perfect legends, thinning only at last 2" of barrel. Front nose cap retains approximately 40% original blue. Sides of the frame retain 75-80% original blue, as does loading gate. Balance has turned a soft patina. Traces of color on sides of hammer and lever. Original walnut stocks are excellent, proud to metal, with original finish, no cracks, and only minor impressions. Exhibits strong rifling and a perfect action. Factory research: serial number applied June 9, 1908. No other information.
