4" barrel in 9mm caliber. This is an extremely high condition Mauser Luger manufactured for the German military with the "G" signifying year of manufacture as 1935. The "G" is stamped above chamber. S/42 code stamped on link. These pistols were manufactured for the German military. All matching numbers except grips not numbered. Aluminum bottom magazine is numbered to gun. Has the standard blue finish and checkered walnut grips. Small straw colored parts include takedown lug, trigger, safety, and extractor. This pistol remains in incredible all original condition with just a hint of high edge wear at muzzle, rail, and plate. Has 98% blue on the straps as well. Near mint bore and action. Would be nearly impossible to find a nicer example.
