5" barrel in .45 ACP. This Commercial Colt Model 1911 was manufactured in 1917. It is all original with all proper small parts to include long smooth trigger, flat mainspring housing with lanyard, proper sights, blued finish, and diamond checkered walnut grips. Frame retains 80% original finish, thinning on high edges and turned brown patina on grip strap. 85% factory blue finish blending with patina and overall high edge wear. Has the long smooth trigger. Barrel has the intertwined HP inspector mark on top of barrel seen through ejector port. Diamond checkered walnut grips are near mint and may be later replacements. Excellent working condition.
