25" barrel in 8mm caliber. The basis for this custom rifle is a Nazi marked 1940. Frame, AX factory code. Matching number on bolt and barrel. The barrel has had a sling swivel added as well as a sporting front sight. All metal surfaces retain 95% of the expertly reapplied blued finish with razor sharp legends. A Lyman long range peep sight has been added to rear bridge. Custom checkered walnut stock with round knob that replicates a Mauser Model B sporting rifle is in excellent condition with roll over cheek piece and sling swivel with a decorative composite buttplate. Fine bore and action. A marvelous Mauser sporting rifle.
