18" barrel in .30 Carbine caliber. Offered is an unopened CMP carbine that was sealed in 1983 and has not been opened. The enclosed list states it is an IBM 1950's rebuild with Type 3 rear sight. Has a 1-44 Underwood barrel with moisture rod. A type 3 front band and flat bolt blued extractor. Stock is stamped "R.I.A." over "E.B." Circle K in sling cut. Consignor states that all other unopened carbines had a zero reading at muzzle. We have not opened this package to determine. Peering though the 30 year old plastic, this carbine looks to be in as new condition.
