22" barrel in .44-40 caliber. Fine Spanish made copy of the Winchester Model 1892 Saddle Ring Carbine. Features full round barrel, full magazine, two bands, dovetail sporting front sight, carbine ladder rear sight, walnut stocks, carbine butt, and saddle ring and stud. Tang is stamped "Tigre". 50% original blue on barrel, balance mixed with brown patina and age freckling. 20% blue on frame with balance patina. Very good walnut stocks. Action is perfect. Strong rifled bore. These were very popular carbines in South America.
